Questions About STORM
What kind of training do the coaches have?
Our coaches are USAV certified and pass Safesport and background checks. Our coaches also pursue outside training, including being Art of Coaching certified.
Questions About Club
How many players are on the team roster?
Our team rosters will range between 10 to 12 players.
Do you have any open spots?
We currently have one spot open on our club teams for the 2022-2023 season. If you are interested please email info@stormvolleyball.net to set up an evaluation.

Is playing time guaranteed?
Players are guaranteed equal practice time. There is no guaranteed tournament playing times for our club teams. Playing time is determined by ability, attendance, attitude, position the athlete plays and the level of tournament.
How long is the club season?
Tryouts are held in July with official practices beginning in November. Tournaments will start in December for our National teams and January for our Regional Teams and go through April. For teams that qualify, Nationals are schedule for early July.
Questions About Our Programs
What is Monsoon?
Monsoon is Storm's in-house league! Players evaluate for Monsoon to be placed on a team with other athletes of the same skill level. For 6 weeks, they work with a professional club level coach on taking skills into an organized, higher level, team like setting! Monsoon is a great progression from Storm skills clinics or recreational volleyball! It is set up similar to club volleyball to give players and parents an idea of what club life may be like.
